Shipping:

All online orders are processed within 2 business days.
You will receive an email from us within this time confirming the expected delivery date and time.
Please ensure someone is home during this time.
We will call you one hour prior before delivery time stated on your order confirmation.

Our shipping rate is $80 per order over $500 to the delivery zones below.
For orders under $499, shipping will be $200.

Bed Depot Delivery Zones:

• Auckland City, Waikato (as far as Thames) and Bay of Plenty (as far as Whakatane).

We currently can not deliver to addresses outside of our delivery zones. We can not deliver to the wider Coromandel, our furthest delivery point East is Thames).
If you selected the incorrect delivery zone during checkout you will be contacted and the changes will be corrected.
This means you may have to pay more if you selected the wrong zone during checkout.
If you have entered an address outside of our delivery zone then you will be contacted and your order will be refunded.

Please note:

• Always measure your room and entrance to room when purchasing a new bed to ensure it will fit. Consider doorway, hall, and staircase space as well as the destination room.

• Ensure someone is home to collect the delivery.

• Our delivery service is to your door. From there it is your responsibility to get it into your preferred room. Delivery does not include assembly of the bed.

Customer Pick-up:

• Customer Pick-up is available for our Hamilton store: 245b Kahikatea Drive, and our Rotorua store: Unit 4, 179 Lake Road, Rotorua.

• Hours for customer pickup vary by location. Please check your order confirmation for store for details.

• All pick-up orders received online are processed within 2 business days.

• You will receive an email including pick-up location and times. Please do not come before your order is ready to collect.
