  • Bed Depot offers a variety of beds to cater to different preferences and needs. Our current collection includes Sleep Max Economy, Posture Elite, and Luxury Gel beds.

  • Bed Depot understands the importance of trying out a bed before buying. We have two showrooms available to view the beds (Hamilton and Rotorua). We encourage people to come down and view the range.

  • Our website provides detailed information about each bed type. Consider your preferences for firmness, materials, and the size you desire. If you need assistance, our sleep experts will be able to help you get the perfect bed. Send us an email goodnight@beddepot.co.nz and we will be in touch.

  • Our beds come in various sizes, including single, king single, double, queen, king and super king. Check the product details for specific size availability.

  • Yes, all Bed Depot beds come with a 5 year manufacture warranty. Please refer to our Warranty & Returns page for more information.

  • To place an order online, simply browse our website, select the desired bed, and follow the checkout process. If you encounter any issues or have questions, feel free to contact us. To come in store, please check out our showroom location and open hours.

  • We cannot accept returns for used beds due to sanatory reasons.

    If you bought the incorrect bed or simply changed your mind, please ensure the bed has not been used and NO packaging is removed.
    You will also need to arrange for the bed to be delivered back to our store.

  • Bed Depot currently delivers to Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Taupo, and Greater Waikato. If you reside outside these areas, unfortunately, we cannot fulfill your order at this time.

  • Bed Depot strives to deliver your order promptly. We currently don't offer specific date and time selection, our team will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery window within standard delivery times.

  • Once your order is dispatched, our delivery team will be in contact and let you know that they are on the way or provide a time of arrival.

  • Yes, Bed Depot provides the option for customers to pick up their orders from our Hamilton and Rotorua stores. During the checkout process, you can select the "Pick-Up" option.

  • If you choose the pick-up option, your order will be available for collection at the selected store. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions, including the store address and operating hours.

  • Once an order is confirmed, the delivery option cannot be changed online. However, if you wish to make changes, please contact us on goodnight@beddepot.co.nz as soon as possible for assistance.

  • No, selecting the pick-up option does not incur additional charges. It's a convenient and cost-free alternative to delivery.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up. The email will include all the necessary details, such as the store address and operating hours.

  • Please bring a copy of your email confirmation and a valid photo ID when picking up your order. This helps us ensure a smooth and secure handover.

  • Yes, someone else can pick up your order if they have a copy of the email confirmation and a valid photo ID.
